Overview
After a career spanning more than 20 years in corporate human resources and senior management, Mark Leathers formed Leathers & Associates in 1995 with a focus on providing quality executive coaching, career management, intervention and management development programs to employees in organizations of all sizes. Since inception, Mark has worked with scores of managers and executives across a wide range of industries to improve leadership skills, assist in career planning and raise team effectiveness.
Within two years, James Paisley, licensed psychologist, became a partner and our firm was invited to join Oi Partners, The world’s largest career consulting partnership. Membership in this large international partnership of career consulting firms has allowed us to provide a global reach, while maintaining local ownership and attention to our clients’ individual needs.
In 2000, Jack Milligan joined as a partner and Leathers Milligan & Associates continues to grow its diversified base of clients and its strong reputation for delivering quality programs with integrity. Jack has extensive experience in career transition and human resources consulting services, and has strengthened our programs in these areas.
