Daniel M. Leathers

Dan Leathers is a Senior Consultant with Leathers Milligan & Associates – OI Partners. His responsibilities include providing career transition coaching to both individuals and groups. He has successfully managed multiple career transition centers and worked with individuals at all levels in every stage of the job search process. In addition, Dan’s experience also includes: coaching, facilitation, and the design and delivery of training.

Prior to his role with Leathers Milligan, Dan worked as an Investment Consultant with Charles Schwab and Co., Inc. During his tenure there, he was responsible for assessing client’s individual investment needs, analyzing their investment portfolios, providing specific investment recommendations, assisting clients in monitoring their investment portfolios, and securing new business opportunities for the firm. Dan also designed and delivered various training classes, including PSS (Professional Selling Skills), Asset Allocation, Trades Training, and New Hire Training. He coached and mentored peers through one-on-one interactions as well as classroom based training.

He was recognized for outstanding achievement in performance on a number of occasions and received verbal and written commendations from customers for outstanding service. Dan was honored for his ability to generate new business opportunities and for his leadership. With outstanding performance, he led his Charles Schwab customer service team to achieve the number one team in the nation status.

Dan has acquired the Series 7 License, the Series 63 License, as well as the Life, Health, and Disability Arizona Insurance License. Dan has lived in the Valley for over 30 years and studied Business at the University of Arizona.
