Patricia (Pat) E. VanLeuvan

Patricia VanLeuvan is a Career Management Consultant with over 20 years of Human Resources management experience having held a variety of HR management positions with companies such as Corning Glass Works and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Pat provides organizational consulting, employee counseling and career management services for clients ranging from small consulting firms to large high technology Fortune 100 companies. She is recognized as an excellent trainer and consultant providing services to a wide range of people from individual contributors to senior level executives in a broad range of industries.

Earlier in her career, as a Human Resources Manager, Pat was responsible for management development, employment, employee relations, organizational change, team building and communications. Pat, in the role of Business Staff Manager, improved organizational results and effectiveness by creating human resources strategies that fostered employee commitment and involvement. Pat also combined her human resources knowledge with her abilities as a trainer and taught as an Adjunct Faculty member for the UMass-Lowell, Northeastern University, Assumption College, Brandeis University, and Framingham State College MBA programs.

Pat received a BS in Psychology from Jackson College of Tufts University, an MBA from Northeastern University and a Certificate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from Columbia University. She is currently a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
