Tim Schoonover

Tim Schoonover has extensive experience in individual counseling, career transition management, & executive coaching. He has a B.S. in Environmental Education from The Ohio State University; Masters Degree, Counseling, University of Cincinnati and a Masters specializing in pastoral care and counseling from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Tim has significant experience in community activities including public school programs, drug/alcohol awareness, and youth education/recreation programs.

Tim was the first local President of The Association of Career Professionals, International, and currently serves as Chairman of New Perceptions Inc. and as a member of the Advisory Committee, Friends of Children. He has been elected to the OI Partners Board of Directors, 2005 and has recently been appointed to the "Leadership Cincinnati" Steering Committee. Tim has managed OI Partners, Cincinnati consulting services for 15 years and now serves as CEO.
