Mark W. Leathers, LPC

Mark W. Leathers is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in the management and delivery of executive coaching and career management programs. Following his corporate executive experience, Mark began Leathers Milligan & Associates in 1995 with the aim of assisting executives, managers and professionals in improving not only their own personal skills and performance but also the performance of their teams and organizations. Mark has since worked with hundreds of executives, managers and professionals in coaching, outplacement, and management development. Mark holds a BA in Business Administration and a Master of Counseling degree. He holds the credential of Licensed Professional Counselor and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for OI Partners. Established in 1987, OI Partners Inc. is a corporation of leading career consulting, executive and leadership development and career transition professionals located in 200 locally-owned offices in 27 countries.


James D. Paisley, Ph.D.

Dr. Paisley is a licensed psychologist with more than 25 years experience as a consultant and therapist. He has provided assessment, management development consulting and career counseling services to individuals and corporate groups. He joined Leathers Milligan & Associates as a partner in 1997. Specializing in outplacement, assessment and coaching, and pre-employment evaluations, Jim has served a variety of Fortune 50 as well as smaller corporate clients. Jim received a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University, a Master's in Personnel Service from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Montana State University.


Jack W. Milligan, SPHR, GPHR

Jack W. Milligan is a partner at Leathers Milligan & Associates and brings over 10 years of experience as a practice leader within the outplacement industry. His previous background includes almost 20 years with ITT Corporation, and he has over 30 years of successful human resources experience consulting with clients on a broad range of business issues including strategic and tactical planning, organizational and succession planning, and staffing and selection. He holds the distinguished GPHR Certification, the highest level of professional certification given by the Society for Human Resources Management, and he is the Arizona State Certification Director for SHRM. Jack earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.


Gwen Merry Scheetz

Gwen Scheetz is a Senior Consultant and Organization Development Practice Leader with Leathers Milligan & Associates. She specializes in learning and organization development (OD) initiatives including leadership skills, competency modeling, organization assessment, skills assessments, training design, development and delivery, and the use of technology to improve human resources (HR) programs. Gwen has a degree in education, with a minor in psychology, from the University of Illinois. She is a member in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
