Our History

Mark Leathers founded Leathers Milligan & Associates in 1995 with the aim of assisting executives, managers and professionals in improving not only their own personal skills and performance but also the performance of their teams and organizations. Over the past fifteen years, the firm has significantly broadened its expertise and capabilities. Richard (Dick) Lippertacquired the firm in early 2009 and joined its staff as the managing partner.
