Managing Partner of Leathers Milligan & Associates – OI Partners, has over 30 years of senior executive and C-level management experience. Dick has an extensive background in sales and marketing, business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and organizational dynamics. Dick has worked in a variety of industries including high tech, consumer products, and services.

Dick’s executive management experience includes leading in global enterprises, operating in high-growth venture capital start-up businesses, post-merger organization cultural integration and facilitating generational ownership transition, improving intra-family communications and conflict resolution in closely-held and family-owned companies. He has achieved notable success building top-performing organizations through his focus on developing people with ethics and integrity to lead and succeed in today’s complex environment. joined Leathers Milligan & Associates in 2000 and brings over 10 years of experience as a Practice Leader within the Career Transition / Outplacement industry. His previous background includes almost 20 years with ITT Corporation. Jack uses his successful human resources experience to consult with clients on a broad range of business issues including strategic and tactical planning, organizational and succession planning, and staffing and selection. He holds the distinguished GPHR Certification, the highest level of professional certification given by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is the Arizona State Certification Director for SHRM. is a Senior Consultant and Organization Development Practice Leader.  She joined Leathers Milligan & Associates – OI Partners in 2001 after twenty-one years with Honeywell.  Gwen’s background includes career counseling, team building, and consulting on human resources, training, and organization issues. 

She specializes in learning and organization development (OD) initiatives including leadership skills, competency modeling, organization assessment, skills assessments, training design, development and delivery, and the use of technology to improve human resources (HR) programs.  Gwen has a degree in education, with a minor in psychology, from the University of Illinois.  Gwen is a certified Career Management Fellow (CMF).  She is also a member in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Tony NevesTony Neves

Tony Neves has over 15 years experience in the retained search industry and is Leathers Milligan’s executive search practice leader.  He has personally successfully managed more than 300 senior executive searches covering virtually all critical enterprise disciplines including, product development, finance, supply chain, sales and marketing, information technology and human resources.  He has helped clients ranging from early stage start-ups to multi-national corporations where his record of delivering timely, high quality solutions to critical talent acquisition challenges has earned him long term client loyalty and status as a preferred supplier and business partner.

Tony’s earlier professional experience contributed greatly to his success in building a strong search practice.  For example, he held a leadership position in a non-profit agency providing employment, education and training services to low income residents where he oversaw a Ford Foundation grant tracking the agency’s effectiveness converting clients from welfare to work.  It was in this environment that Tony was able to perfect superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as develop the talent to seek out and assessing the intangibles and soft skills that are key performance indicators at every level. is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in the management and delivery of Executive Coaching and Career Management programs. Following his corporate executive experience, Mark founded Leathers Milligan & Associates - OI Partners in 1995 with the aim of assisting executives, managers and professionals in improving not only their own personal skills and performance but also the performance of their teams and organizations.

Mark has since worked with hundreds of executives, managers and professionals in coaching, outplacement, and management development. Mark holds a BA in Business Administration and a Master of Counseling degree. He holds the credential of Licensed Professional Counselor, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. Specializing in outplacement, assessment and coaching, and pre-employment evaluations, Jim has served a variety of Fortune 50 as well as smaller corporate clients. Jim received a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University, a Master's in Personnel Service from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Montana State University. In addition, Dan’s experience also includes: coaching, facilitation, and the design and delivery of various training programs. Ramon A. ArevaloRamon A. Arevalo

Ramon Arevalo has been a consultant in the career transition / outplacement industry since 1998. He has coached, advised and mentored clients to achieve changes in current careers or to change careers altogether. Ramon works one-on-one with clients to enhance their skills in interviewing, negotiating and accepting the offer. He has also organized and managed a number of Career Transition Centers.

Ramon’s prior experience includes eighteen years with the IBM Corporation. He has over 1000 hours of formal IBM training on asset administration, communications, commissions, negotiation skills, and continuous improvement methodology. Ramon completed his Executive MBA at Arizona State University. He is bilingual and can read, write and speak Spanish fluently.

is the Client Services Representative for Leathers Milligan & Associates – OI Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Caitlin worked for a Phoenix-based law firm as an Office and Client Manager. At Leathers Milligan Caitlin dedicates her time to providing excellent client services as well as operating all aspects of daily business. Caitlin received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Modern Dance from the University of Utah and is a Phoenix native.
